  xasthur has died. "Portal of Sorrow", is the last Xasthur album. this decision has been well thought out for months and doesn't come out of frustration......... malefic said.

  Malefic says: 'slight' delay......... I don't want to go on and on talking about or describing the new album, so I won't! But I am writing to say that due to a few minor circumstances that are out of my control, it's beginning to look like early-APRIL will be the time when this portal of sorrow CD becomes available... just in case you're interested.

  How are there only 105 people in this group? Xasthur is fucking amazing in every way, yet somehow there are just over a hundred of his fans in this group. Unreal. But anyway, All Reflections Drained is a masterpiece... while I really like all of his work, I have to say that All Reflections Drained is unrivaled in its horririfc beauty. The cover of My Dying Bride's "Sear Me" on the vinyl edition of A.R.D. is awesome. I wish this bastard would play live, but I understand why he does not.
