  Ther is nothing wrong with being vegatarian-I have been lacto sometimes for 4-5 months at a time a put on alot of muscle with soy Pls understand though to me meat is a treat and to finish in most culinary cirle's ones private life cannot be spoken about-in some hotel chains you will sign a twenty year waiver to secrecy about a customer's lifestyle- and don't ask me who,how, when or what I have served

  I love to see that one of the connected artists on this page is Meatloaf! :D I've been vegetarian since 1991, when I was 11. I never developed much of a taste for meat (my dad was veg from the time he was 19 and we never ate a lot of it at home), I prefer soy milk to dairy milk, but I have yet to overcome my addiction to cheese (I always go for the kind produced on small dairy farms to assuage my conscience). I have found that you win a lot more people over to cutting meat out of their diet with an explanation of why you chose to stop eating it in a matter-of-fact way, and then offering your "audience" something awesome to eat to show them that eating ethically can be delicious... much more effective than moralizing, scare tactics, and guilt trips.
