Favourite Postal Service songs

Of course the number one has to be Such Great Heights

Other favourites are Nothing Better, Natural Anthem and Bend to Squares, We Will Become Silhouettes is good too... Ah I might as well name all there songs

Really liking Natural Anthem now though...

Check out the band Styrofoam. Ben Gibbard vocals on Couches In Alleys. Great tune, and fits right in with anything off Give Up.

I like District Sleeps, Great Heights, Brand New Colony, Nothing Better, Natural Anthems and all of them. But maybe my prefered is Clark Gable!

Don't you guys like Clark Gable (the song! hehehe)?

Nothing Better by far for me, but I love almost all of them. "I fear I must interject here... I've made charts and graphs that should finally make it clear. I've prepared a lecture on why i have to leave." You have to love that.

Strange thing though, I love Postal Service, but I've never heard a Death Cab song that I enjoyed. Am I listening to the wrong DCFC?

Isn't anyone going to name Weather Sensative as a fantastic track from The Postal Service? And what about their cover of "Against all odds (Take a look at me now)" from the soundtrack of Wicker Park?

And by the way, watch the film, it's absolutely brilliant!

Such Great Heights is by far my favorite. It has everything.
Other than that one, I like (among others): Sleeping In, Nothing Better, We Will Become Silhouettes, This Place Is A Prison and Brand New Colony

I heard Grow old with me but didn't like it... Anyway, my top 3 are:
1. Such Great Heights (the perfect [maybe too perfect] love song)
2. Natural Anthem (they make you wait to hear Ben´s voice, and at the end everything falls in the right place)
3. [Insert any Postal Service song here... except Grow Old With Me] I'm unable to choose... every song has something I like.

Gibbard for DCFC or The Postal Service?

Have to say I prefer the darker song "This Place Is A Prison', but 'Clark Gable' and 'The District Sleeps Alone Tonight' are also very good tunes.

any of you guys hear the Iron & Wine 'such great heights' cover? it's really good. Took me a while to get used to coz I was so used to the beautiful PS version, but now I love it
