The Line of Best Fit is a UK-based independent online music magazine covering the best in new and alternative sounds. We feature new content daily from the best music writers and photographers around the world.

The Line of Best Fit’s success is down to an editorial community of creative people united through a mutual love of good music. We write about the bands we like, not the bands we hate. We find and champion the best new music around. We interview and showcase the most innovative musical talent from Europe, America and beyond.

Our writers and photographers are the brightest and best in their field – many of them also contribute to the likes of NME, Stereogum, Pitchfork, The Fly and Under the Radar – to name just a few.

Our ethos is simple – we are music fans first and foremost with a genuine love of good music and a desire to share that love through words and pictures. We are an editorially independent enterprise with the freedom to say what we want.
