  Alright guys... Take a quick peek at our "recent activity" and you'll notice a disturbing trend. People are leaving the group. Actually that in itself is not disturbing. I should say -- people are leaving at a faster rate than they are joining. And unfortunately we, as a community, must shoulder the blame.... The problem cannot be that our taste lakes taste, for our taste is the most tasteful of tastes. Neither can it be that we lack sophistication, for we are, quite simply, the most sophisticated. The problem it seems is that we allow such fair-weather friends with only a middling commitment to auditory distinction to be a part of our group in the first place. We must double our standards! We demand excellence! Personal interviews and a round table discussion by the board before admittance!
