For Fans of the band Saosin when Anthony Green was leading front man, changing our lives with his singing and lyrics.

Don't get me wrong. I do not HATE New Saosin, no one should, afterall Saosin was more than Anthony, it was the whole band. However Anthony Green brought something new and fresh to the table of music with Saosin. I think I can speak for most fans, when I say Saosin as of the now has lost its touch, its now focusing more on the area of mainstream post-hardcore, whereas back in 2003 the band barely had a genre. They were just Saosin.<3

I used to love the old Saosin. The new stuff is atrocious and I could only give it one or two listens. It's shallow and generic. Circa Survive are far superior.

Saosin, old and new, is good. I'm glad that Anthony left to form Circa, because Circa is awesome and he's making different music with them while Saosin continues in the old vein. Variety=win for all.

A big part of the Old Saosin draw too is that they were never really an "official" band that released and distributed albums, remember back in the day them and Hellogoodbye where the two bands that were completely passed around by word of mouth, they didn't have any ''official'' releases. I think some of that lure died with the release of the self titled as well, making their appeal even less for some...just another thing to think about.
