xbox 360 user music wont play

my songs play for about 10 seconds then stop like its lagging then skips to the next song.. VERY annoying.. HELP....

Try clearing the cache on your console:

thanks for the reply.

i cleared the cache but it didnt work. it still only plays for about 10 seconds and freezes so to speak. then changes to the next song adn repeats.
