  i get annoyed when i put cd's to rip and the contributing artist is something like artist;artist and all that rubbish, also windows media player doesn't recognise some albums and puts the info as something completely different, it does my head in.

  You people seriously have OCD. Wait, actually I do too. I was on meds for that for awhile. But, I'm not so bad that I have to go through 800000 GB of music and check through all of the tags and make completely sure I have it all tagged just like it should be and I won't have a panic attack if I discover a single mistagged song and scrobble it. It's MUSIC, you LISTEN to it, you don't STARE at it.

  I'm afraid to download music because a little more frequently than never the tags are incorrect. Thankfully I also buy CDs and when I rip & encode them, I always check discogs.com, even for remix titles

  I suppose I'm a bit of an iTunes perfectionist. Everything has to have the correct name and artwork. It must sound stupid to a lot of people, but I can't help it! When someone knows they have a song/artist/album misspelled but they just leave like that, I'm thinking "How can you do that?!" [17]

  MetalEmmanuel, I soooooooo agree. I just can't live with having tracks that have the wrong album art and the wrong tags with mispelled words and stuff, it drives me crazy! But yeah this group is awesome, it's good to know I'm not the only one!! ;)

  My girlfriend likes to tease me because of how crazy I get when people tag things or sort things incorrectly and because of how anal retentive I am regarding the tags on songs in my library. I'm thrilled that there exists a group for me. Get it right, people. It's not. That. Hard.
