If I want to say how bad I think My Chemical Romance are, then no one should be able to stop me.
If I want to say how gay Gaahl is, then no one should be able stop me.
If I want to say how stupid (Insert user here)'s music taste is, then no one should be able to stop me.

Spam, flaming, insulting, just about every shoutbox rule to break and you've broken it.

Doesn't Last.fm pretty much have the right to ban anyone at any time for whatever reason? Especially if you're breaking site rules... Last.fm is a commercial website, not a free country. If you want site rules to change, buy the website.
