A group for anyone admires the amazing Club AC30 bands and their decent selections from shogazing, post-rock and electronica.

From Club AC30 last.fm

Club AC30 is Robin Allport, Nick Allport and Duncan Jones. We have regular live music nights in London featuring the best in noisy guitar, dreampop, post-rock and electronica, as well as regular dedicated djs. We also have a small record label.

Club AC30 started in April 2004, with the first night being at Upstairs At The Garage in London. Since then there have been gigs every month in various venues around London (and sometimes outside of London). Shows have included artists such as Ulrich Schnauss, House Of Love, Air Formation, God Is An Astronaut, Asobi Seksu, Mark Gardener, Rachel Goswell, Sambassadeur, Sennen and many many others.

The label side of AC30 also started in April 2004 with their numbered split cdr series. Albums and singles from Sambassadeur, Televise, Air Formation and Hearts Of Black Science have since followed along with the compilation of shoegaze covers called Never Lose That Feeling. The 7" series "As & When" started in May 2007, which will feature artists that AC30 dig, so far featuring Deep Cut, Pris_, Wry, The Domino State, Televise and Air Formation.

    Hehee, quite an internet junkie here, I suppose! Anyway, HEY YOU! Long time! Heliconia are indeed superb and added to the artist connections already. I wouldn't know about this band if it wasn't in the compilation. Once again Club AC30 rule! :-)

    Bloody hell champers, you get everywhere! Heliconia are an AMAZING bands, and I know they have ties to this label, they had a track on one of the Never Lose This Feeling CDs.

    hey i saw this on their homepage: All prices are displayed in the release information and include packing & shipping to anywhere in the World. so, anywhere in the world! how come Turkey is not included...anyway, ive sent an email asking about this question, hopefully they really do!most of my friends only listen to Chinese music or classics, id be almost thrilled to find someone who knows britpop.
