  I moved and I suspect my dad lost the storage unit with my perfect record player inside and my nephew broke my older player. I needed BOTH and now I have nothing.

  vinyl is real - if u have a vinyl u can touch the music, it's an amazing feeling if u put a vinyl on the turntable - and the sound is unbelievable ... much better as from cd - why? it's analog, it's real - no "translation" in "1 and 0" ;)

  Will "Get Behind Me Satan" ever be released on vinyl. Seen a few copies floating around on ebay. These were the promo/press release only. Only a handful about and they fetch a good amount.

  Some metal bands def. sound alot better on a "old vinyl" record. with some scratches and dust. no better feeling then headbanging that shit ^^

  There isn't a better way to listen to music than lying on your bed with your record on, reading the lyrics off the album sleeve/cover as you play the album from start to end. There really isn't.
