††† coming up as ??? in client

 

  • ††† coming up as ??? in client

    The earlier problem seems to be fixed for everything other than the band †††. It doesn't scrobble as ??? but does show up in the client as such.

    This shows correctly for us here when tested. Try uninstalling the Last.fm desktop client, then removing residual files by deleting the following folder:

    C:\Users\*YOUR WINDOWS USERNAME HERE*\AppData\Local\Last.fm

    Then try reinstalling.

    This happens to me too but I'm using Mac. What should I do?

    Clearing residual files on Mac (Client).

    Please try deleting Last.fm from your Mac, and then deleting any residual files.

    The easiest way to do this is to open the Terminal app, and paste the following:

    rm ~/Library/Preferences/fm.last.*

    and

    rm -rf ~/"Library/Application Support/Last.fm"

    Then try reinstalling.
