I asked for a refund last month, still haven't got it.
Due to the change in Last.fm I asked for a refund and for my account to be closed last month. Now I still haven't received the money back and I can still login to my account here. How long does it take??
I have the same issue. I asked for a refund on 4 November and was told I qualify for one and that it would be processed as soon as possible. A month later and no refund.
It seems a common problem: Easy to start a lsatfm subscription, but to stop the subscription and paypal payments it is delayed. I indicate to stop in july and still payments coming. stop it please!!! Ed de Grave

@superdodgy and @pkidza, subscription issues might get a quicker response from the limited email support. But note that this is onl for subscription issues and reports of abuse.
