Now with 10 years of bringing some of the hottest music acts across the country, American Honda Motor Co announced their 2011 Honda Civic Tour that features blink-182 and My Chemical Romance. The annual summer concert series is marking its anniversary by bringing back blink-182, the inaugural artist from the first Honda Civic Tour in 2001. Eager to bring the tour right back to its gutsy, rip-roaring roots, they’re taking My Chemical Romance along for this wild ride as the co-headliner.

“It’s great to be going back out on the Honda Civic Tour,” said Mark Hoppus of blink-182. “We had a blast kicking off the tour ten years ago, and this summer we’ll be taking it to the next level with our friends My Chemical Romance.”

“We are looking forward to heading out on the road this summer with blink-182,” said Gerard Way of My Chemical Romance. “The line-up for the Honda Civic Tour over the last decade has featured some great bands, and we’re excited to be a part of it.”

For three great bands and what amounts to $30 per band, it's a fucking steal. It's worth every penny. Additionally, they offered $20 tickets in July, where the fuck were you, west-wing?

$91 for one ticket .. kind of ridiculous since I paid $45 for a Jason Mraz ticket a few days ago and he has about 100x the talent blink does. But I've liked them since I was 12, and as a 26 year old woman now, I can't NOT see blink. But that $91 hurt.
